About Lena D

Hi! My name is Lena. I am 27 years old and from Germany, living in San Diego. I've been a nanny/babysitter for about 4 years and and have worked with kids ranging from 9 months to 7 years old. I'm also very confident working with children of any age! I'm very passionate about working with children and I know how important it is to create a safe and comfortable environment, as well as making sure the child is having a fun and exciting experience. I really enjoy arts and crafts and I'm also very active and love the outdoors. I really appreciate the process of children's development and know that everyday moments can become learning opportunities. Through my experience I've gained a lot of confidence regarding patience, communication and reliability. I also believe that my role is to just continue the environment that you set for your child at home. Most importantly I want the family to feel that their children are being cared for and are safe, happy, loved and healthy!
