About Ally

Hello! My name is Ally and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over four years of experience providing compassionate, high-quality care in both nursing home and hospital settings. Caring for seniors is something I truly enjoy, and I love building meaningful relationships while helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. I am CPR certified and have extensive experience caring for individuals with dementia, including those with behavioral challenges. I understand the importance of patience, empathy, and creating a calm, supportive environment that meets each person's unique needs. In addition to hands-on personal care, I have experience with medication administration and am familiar with common medications, medication schedules, and the importance of ensuring they are taken correctly.
