About Rachel

For over a decade, I've dedicated my career to enriching the lives of adults and seniors. My journey began with a deep desire to support their well-being and independence, fueled by positive experiences in previous care roles. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid with some college experience, I provide respite, live-in, hospice, and home health care, including personal care, dementia support, and medical management. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I prioritize respecting each person's independence. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm also comfortable with pets. I find great joy in making a real difference in people's lives, and I look forward to bringing my experience and caring nature to your family.
