Ally has been my friend for many years and is very hard working. I've always seen her work her hardest and do her best. She is great with children and is a very sweet and caring person. She is fair minded and has a lot of patience. Whenever I am unable to watch my little brothers and sisters she is the one I call to watch them because she is very trustworthy. I believe she will be great as a nanny.
