About Leylany

My name is Leylany, and I'm a caring and responsible college student with several years of hands-on experience working with children. I have babysat siblings, cousins, and young children ages 1-3, providing patient, attentive, and reliable care. I currently work within a school district supporting students and also have volunteer experience with children. I have completed multiple child development courses and am earning my Associate's degree in Education with the goal of becoming a teacher, with plans to transfer to a university. I have strong customer service experience, which has helped me develop communication, patience, and professionalism. I am CPR certified and prioritize safety, structure, and a positive, nurturing environment for children. I enjoy working with kids and strive to be dependable and supportive for both children and parents.
