I am a compassionate and highly qualified personal paraprofessional with 17 years of experience working within my township's Board of Education, supporting students with special needs in both academic and daily living environments. Throughout my career, I have worked one-on-one with students to help guide them through their schedules, develop social and educational skills, build confidence, and encourage independence in a safe and supportive setting. I am passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential by providing patience, understanding, structure, and encouragement tailored to each child's individual needs. My experience has taught me the importance of communication, consistency, and creating meaningful connections with students and families alike.
