About Allison

Hello! I'm Allison. I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate, and good-humored. I am an old soul and easily connect with older adults. It is a privilege to listen to their life stories and support their wellbeing in any capacity they may need. I initially started caring for older adults in 2018 as a dining room server in a senior living facility. In 2022, I began working as an activity coordinator in a memory care unit, gaining meaningful experience and insight. Quickly thereafter, I transitioned into an activity director role and have done that since. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to harness my best qualities and skills. I have worked with older adults in independent, assisted living, and memory care living situations for the past three years. Working with so many folks is wonderful, but I really value that 1-on-1 time that independent care offers. I enjoy going on outings and would be eager to take clients to museums, theaters, grocery stores, etc.
