Hello! My name is Allison. I am a 19-year-old college student. I started working with kids when I was very young. I started by taking care of my younger cousins. I was a camp counselor for many years with kids of all ages and I worked closely with neurodivergent kids as well. In my spare time, I like to craft. I love fiber arts like crochet and embroidery. I'm up for really any craft. I have taken ASL for a few years. I'm not fluent but I could definitely get through a conversation and I'm still in school learning even now. My skills include patience and emotional control. When I worked at a summer camp all of the kids wanted my attention at once (as they often do) and I really had to learn to be patient with them. I also am very vigilant and watch for safety concerns to prevent injuries before they happen.
