Allison has such a kind heart for children! I have three children with special needs and Allison is such a great fit for them! She pays close attention to their actions and responds perfectly as directed. Her attention to sensory concerns is wonderful as well. Handling children with ADHD, Autism, and speech delays are a breeze with her ability to keep children engaged, pay attention to attempts of communication, and keeping my children safe when it comes to elopement, or trying to climb on anything they can. My children are 8, 3 and 19 months and they always have a fun time with her!
