About Allison

I'd describe my personality as calm, bubbly, and resourceful. I like working with kids because they are unapologetically them. The world hasn't brought them down, they get to be themselves and I love being apart of keeping them in their little bubble of magic, adventure, love and light. I'm looking for a job that has a welcoming positive environment. That's not afraid of outdoors such as park visits, zoo visits and walks. I started working with kids when I was around 8. I helped raise my step siblings who were 1, 2, 3, and 5 years old. From the age 12 I had been babysitting kids ranging from during sporting events to weekends. My skills include creativity, I'm constantly finding new games for kids (I have a whole pinterest board). I am always cheerful, no matter If I'm having a hard day I make sure the child has a cheerful environment. Lastly, my top skill is empathy, I am really perceptive to emotions which help me to decide what is best in the moment for the child.
