About Elani

Hi! My name is E'Lani I'm a caring and energetic babysitter who truly loves working with children. I'm outgoing helpful, and fun, and I always aim to create a safe and positive environment where kids feel comfortable. Most of my experience comes from caring for my 6-year-old brother who has autism. I've helped him since I was 12, which taught me patience understanding, and how to adapt to each child's needs. I've also cared for family friends' children and worked at my high school preschool for teachers' and staff's children. I took child development classes and volunteered in after school programs. I love doing activities kids enjoy like arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and reading. I'm a full-time college student looking for a part-time position with a loving family and flexible scheduling. I'm attentive responsible experienced with special needs children, and can help with homework and bedtime routines. I'm also working toward my First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
