About Allison

Hi, my name is Allison. I am a responsible, caring, and patient person with experience working with young children. I currently work as a teacher assistant, where I support children with their daily routines, learning, and care. In addition, I have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working with children with autism. This has helped me develop strong skills in behavior support, communication, and understanding each child's individual needs. I truly enjoy engaging with children through play, reading, and creative activities while supporting their development in a fun and educational way. I am experienced in creating structured, safe environments and using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage learning and good behavior. I speak both English and Spanish, which can be a great benefit for bilingual families. I am committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care where children feel safe, supported, and happy.
