About Cristina

Hi families! My name is Cristina, and I have 12+ years of experience caring for children, most comfortably ages 4 months-4 years. I studied early childhood development through my Associate's and Bachelor's degrees and am now pursuing my Master's in Social Work with the goal of opening my own preschool. My approach is calm, nurturing, and playful. I love helping children learn through sensory activities, themed art, and outdoor play, and I'm especially known for my 50+ sensory bins! I support emotional growth by modeling healthy coping skills, staying calm during tough moments, and narrating emotions to help little ones understand their feelings. I'm also comfortable with errands, pet care, pre-K readiness, and light housekeeping, always leaving play areas and dishes tidy. I'm currently an active CNA and will be renewing my CPR/First Aid/BLS certifications soon. I'd love to bring my experience, creativity, and passion for learning to your family!
