Hello parents! I'm Allie, and I am a recent college graduate at the University of Central Missouri, where I majored in Psychology and minored in Child and Family Development. I chose this degree because I want to be the BEST nanny by understanding the mental and physical developments that children go through at each stage of their young sweet lives. I've been a nanny for almost 10 years and have experience with all age groups, from 2 months to teens. I have volunteered consecutively for six years at children's summer camps where I directed hundreds of 5 through 12-year-olds in a load of daily activities, all while following a strict schedule. I found Allie through Care.com, and from the first meeting with our kids we knew she was amazing! She plays with them and keeps them busy and having fun without being in front of a screen. She’s on time and reliable, and keeping us informed of how the days are going. My favorite is that we get pictures of the kids throughout the day from her!
