About Cassidy

For 10+ years, I have held many different babysitting and nannying roles, all fueled by a desire to positively impact young lives. My background includes 6 years as a middle and high school teacher where my primary subject areas were early childhood growth and development, cooking, and sewing. Currently, I am a director of a afterschool program and summer camp ages 5-12. I hold a teaching degree from Pittsburg State University and a masters degree in social and cultural studies in education from the University of Kansas. I am also CPR certified. I am very patient, creative, and friendly, and I prioritize open communication with families. I love to cook and never mind providing light housework or tidying up. I am available am-pm most weekends and occasionally during the week. My goal is to create a fun and safe environment where your child can enjoy the magic of being a kid while you feel confident they are being looked after by a safe and trusted person.
