About Allie

We feel incredibly fortunate to have had our nanny as part of our family for the past three years. She started with us when my older son was 4 and my younger was just over a year old, working part-time (around 6 hours a day). From day one, she brought warmth, reliability, and genuine care into our home—and quickly became so much more than just a caregiver. She is kind, patient, and incredibly intuitive with children. She kept our kids active and engaged with regular trips to parks, playgrounds, and libraries, and also handled school pickups, meal prep, and supported homework time. She helped guide our children through key developmental milestones, always prioritizing safety, structure, and fun. As a working parent of a child with special needs, her support was especially crucial. She took the time to truly understand and connect with my child, even accompanying us to therapy sessions and learning how best to support him at home. Knowing he was safe, understood, and cared for allowed me to focus on work with peace of mind—something I’ll forever be grateful for. She’s also incredibly flexible and dependable—always willing to adjust her schedule when things came up, help in emergencies, or simply step in when we needed an extra hand. She brought calm, joy, and consistency into our daily routine, and my kids absolutely adore her. The only reason we parted ways is because our family recently relocated to the East Coast. If we could’ve taken her with us, we absolutely would have. She’s truly a gem, and any family would be lucky to have her in their lives. We already miss her so much!
