Absolutely amazing. Norma officially helped to raise my children from the age of three to the age of 10. I stopped working with her because of changes in my situation, one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. Norma is punctual, reliable, kind, loving and friendly, not just to the children, but their parents and extended family. Norma truly made my children part of her family, and they remain that to this day. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, if you are lucky enough to work with Norma, you are a very lucky person indeed. There aren’t very many unicorn Nanny and family helpers out there, but she certainly is one of them.
