Allie is super communicative thoughtful, and approachable. We had a great phone chat to ensure she was a good fit before we hired her for our date night. Our 4 year old warmed up to her very quickly upon her arrival! Allie displayed patience, kindness, and attention towards our toddler and gave us status updates throughout the night. Allie followed our daughter's nighttime routine very closely, which kept our kiddo calm while we were away. Highly recommend!
