About Alissa

Hi, I'm Alissa. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with experience in home health, hospitals, and long-term care. What matters most to me is how someone feels in my care. I want them to feel safe asking for help, comfortable telling me what they need, and free to do the things they still enjoy on their own. To me, good care means asking how someone likes to start their morning, protecting their privacy when I help them bathe or dress, and giving them time to do things at their own pace. I love hearing people's stories and getting to know what makes them laugh and what makes a hard day a little easier. I want the person I care for to feel like they can count on me, and I want their family to have that same peace of mind.
