About Nate

I was my father's full-time caregiver as he battled dementia during his final three years. That experience taught me patience when things move slowly, calm when they don't, and how to protect someone's dignity and keep a sense of humor even on the hard days. It was some of the most meaningful work I've ever done, and it's why I'm here. Earlier in my career, I also worked as an in-home care provider. I also spent several years serving the Deaf community, so I know some ASL (a bit rusty) and understand how much communication matters in care. Professionally, I've worked in IT, law (as a mediator), and business management, so families can count on me to communicate clearly, keep my commitments, and remain steady.
