I am a mother to a child in elementary school and I have spent the last eight years as a senior caregiver and tutor to children from grades Pre-K to 12th grade. Most of the seniors I have worked with have had cognitive impairments from dementia to Parkinson's. Many of my tutoring students have challenges like ADHD. My nature is calm, patient and encouraging. I work hard to keep things positive and upbeat for everyone that I work with. From a family perspective, I understand these challenges as my husband has ADHD, my niece has Autism and my late father-in-law had Alzheimer's.
