About Alisha

I started my career as a caregiver over 20 years ago, and I am a 5th generation health care professional. I studied Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with special interest in Social Justice. Having worked in assisted living facilities from 16 to 600 residents, I've learned my preference is to help people one-on-one, in private homes. I've helped adults of different ages with a variety of cognitive abilities, backgrounds and challenges. I love to learn. My dog, Sweet Pea is available to come on visits with me! It's an optional service we provide, for animal-lovers. Incorporating interests like gardening, nature, crafting, old movies and cooking into my clients' care is important, to me.
