We had the pleasure of working with Alisa for over three years. She was our full-time nanny for 6 months, then our child went to daycare. Afterward, Alisa continued to support our family on an as-needed basis—typically around 4 hours a week or more during times when one parent was traveling—for an additional two years. During her time with us, she consistently anticipated our needs, maintained a reliable schedule for our child, created lesson plans (during full-time period) and tailored daily activities to match our child’s interests and developmental stage. She regularly incorporated books, outdoor play, and creative learning, and often offered thoughtful suggestions to support our parenting.
