About Aline

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I am a dedicated and nurturing educator who believes in the power of play, curiosity, and connection in young children's learning. Throughout my career, I have created supportive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow. As a mother to a vibrant 7-year-old daughter, I am seeking a part-time position that will allow me to continue sharing my passion for early education while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. My goal is to contribute meaningfully to a setting where I can support children's growth and development while also being present for my own child during these formative years. I bring decades of hands-on classroom experience and a deep understanding of children's and families' unique needs.
