About Michele

I've been working with children since 2019 and have had the privilege of caring for the same family's children for over six years. Watching them grow, develop confidence, and thrive has been a rewarding experience. Now that they attend school, I have availability in the mornings and am excited to continue making a positive impact on young lives. My goal as a caregiver is to create a nurturing, supportive environment where children feel safe, heard, and encouraged to express themselves. I prioritize emotional support, helping kids navigate their feelings and develop healthy communication skills. In addition to my experience, I bring strengths such as patience, teamwork, and adaptability. I enjoy planning fun, educational activities that foster growth and confidence. Outside of childcare, I love staying active by playing volleyball, going to the gym. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your family and support your children's development in meaningful ways.
