I'd describe my personality as patient, good listener, and loving ! I love working with kids because it gives me the opportunity to help them learn while having fun. Seeing them grow as a tiny person that's still learning and seeing them develop skills makes my heart happy. I love knowing that I can help families by caring for the children and giving parents peace of mind that kids are safe with me and loved. Growing up in a big family and being the youngest, but also a aunt of 6 nieces and 1 nephew I have so much love and patience for kids because I understand they are still learning. Watching them learn is so rewarding for me, especially if I am a frequent caregiver in their life! One thing you should know about me is I am a very organized person. Any schedules you may have, I will be happy following them. I love knowing what the day to day plan is! My 3 top child care skills include being patient, caring, and I knowing how to communicate with children and parents!
