About Alicsandra

I began my childcare journey back in 2021 working as a Teacher's Aide for Jumping Jax Playhouse. I quickly took on the lead role of the two's room but I would often assist with the infants room and the pre-k room on an as needed basis as well. I loved all of the children and enjoyed building connections with their families. One family in particular I would often babysit for while the parents enjoyed a date night. In 2022, I took on a new position at Baltimore City Schools working as a Teacher's Assistant. For the last 2 years, I have assisted with grades 3-5 and worked as a long-term substitute for 4th grade ELA. I have a baby boy of my own who recently celebrated his first birthday in April. While I truly enjoyed my time in the school system, I am looking for something more long term to build connections with individual families.
