I have been specializing in care for newborns, infants, toddlers as a day's nanny for 26 years. I also cared for 7 pairs of twins. My long expertized knowledge came from my pedagogical field of studying, bachelor's degree in Early Child Education, as well being for 18 years infant/toddler professional nanny for 2 local, well known child care agencies. These permanently injected my love, passion ... and dedication to care for babies. Their happiness, well being always relay on properly, scheduled naps, food intakes, as well age appropriate educational plays that became my job priorities. I am neat, organized, ambitious, intelligent, caring, and highly expertized in detailed care for newborns, infants ( twins included), toddlers. I am very patient, dedicated, punctual, reliable, driving, living in Chatham. I also do light housekeeping/ laundry related to the baby. I will provide my extended biography, job profile page, and written letters of references from previous jobs on interview.

Ania is very caring and attentive to my 9 month old. She prioritizes safety and encourages key milestone development. My baby has loved her since she first met her at 4 months old. I feel very comfortable with Ania caring for my daughter.

Ania D. has been our Nanny for the past 6 months. Our entire family feels blessed to have found Ania to take care of our daughter, A. Ania is a wonderful nanny and a kind and loving person.

As a first time mom there was a lot for me to learn and Ania has been with me every step of the way. Ania helped to regulate A.’s feeding amounts and worked with us to get A. on a regular nap schedule.
I was so nervous to leave A. and go back to work, but Ania helped to ease all of my concerns. We knew that A. would be safe and happy with Ania all day.

She has taught me endless new things like ways to teach A. words, prepare foods for A., and try new things like giving A. puffs snacks for the first time.

Our daughter absolutely loves Ania. She smiles and is so excited time Ania comes to our home. Ania plays, reads, or teaches A. nonstop and never runs out of activities for them to do together. A. has learned to roll over, wave, crawl, stand, say Mama all because of Ania’s teaching.

We are relocating to Pittsburgh, so we unfortunately cannot continue to work with Ania.
However, if we were staying in New Jersey we would absolutely keep Ania as our nanny.
Ania has become a member of our family and we wish that she could continue to work with us until A. goes to school. Any family would be very lucky to work with Ania.

If you any questions please feel free to reach out to my husband or I. We are happy to talk about our experience with Ania. She is wonderful!

Ania has been excellent at caring for our 9mo old (starting at around 4mo old) and has over 25yrs of experience, specializing in infant -> toddler development (preparing many children for entry into preschool or toddler daycare). She is truly passionate about children - and you can see it in the way she interacts, and is knowledgeable about how to develop infants (language, physical, cognitive, etc.). As first-time parents, we have learned a lot from her.

Additionally, we never hesitated to leave our child in her care and felt she was extremely safe at all times, while my husband & I both left the house for work. She is also punctual, communicates well and thoroughly documents the daily activities. While we asked her to focus primarily on taking care of our child, she also helped out with household chores related to the baby, and occasionally (even though we never expected it), with our own too, which we greatly appreciated. We expected this to be a long-term contract, but unfortunately, our family's needs have changed. The next family will be lucky to have her!

Ania has been an outstanding Nanny for my daughter who is 7 months old. Since the day she started with us, she has been incredibly attentive, focusing all of her energy on helping my daughter develop and grow - constantly talking, singing, teaching my daughter. Her prior experience as a teacher has been invaluable in her role. Ania puts safety first always, shares her perspectives with me which has been very helpful as I am a new mom, and has also been very diligent about following the routine that I wanted to set for my daughter. She is meticulously attentive to detail, efficient about doing baby laundry/cleaning up toys/washing parts and toys during naps, and is somehow always full of energy to be 100% attentive to my daughter. Ania has also been great about communication - she will text me with a question at any time, notify me for any concerns, and keeps a daily log that I am able to come home and read about the day (times of naps, times of feeds, activities for the day). This was something I wanted to have, and she was very open to this approach as a way to stay in sync on how things were going. My daughter gets so excited when Ania walks through the door each morning, which is a testament to the relationship she's built and how much my daughter already loves her. Being at work, I have been able to relax and focus on my job knowing that my daughter is in great hands at home. I wish she could continue to stay with us but our family's needs have changed. The next family to work with her will be very lucky.

When Anna is there I know that my baby will be well cared for. She is very attentive and patient. She is constantly engaging and talking to my baby. It has been wonderful to see how much my child has grown and learned as we prepare for her to transition to daycare.

Ania took excellent care of our infant twins. She is a true professional. The twins were only 3 months when she started and as a first time mom I leaned on her for a lot of advice. She cared so much about their development and helped to ensure they reached the appropriate milestones. Even though it was a lot of work to handle both babies, she followed through on their strict schedule everyday. She always showed up on time and is very hardworking. She truly loves to take care of children and always put their needs first.

Anya was a great nanny to our two boys last year, she was with us for 10 months. I would recommend her to any family.

Ania was amazing with our 3 month old twins. We hired her as a night nurse and after a not so great first experience with a night nurse. We were so happy to find her quietly dancing with our babies and taking amazing care of them. We were able to catch up on our sleep to take on another day. Ania cleaned all our bottles, washed and folded the babies clothes and was so very wonderful to our family. To this day, she sends us little notes always thinking of the children. Ania is warm and loving. Happy to be used as a reference.

Great nanny - neat, organized, and knowledgeable. Great with infants and aware of all the milestones, safety rules, and appropriate developmental activities. Very energetic, but also patient. The children learned a lot from her and enjoyed spending time with her.

Alicia is wonderful with my children. Appreciated her focus on keeping them active and on a schedule. As a new mom back to work with twin babies I definitely had peace of mind knowing the children were safe and happy. I would come home to an organized house and detail report of how their day was which was great as well as suggestions for items they may like.

Ania is very caring and reliable. Her expertise in baby's sleep and schedule training brought great benefits to my daughter for years. Really appreciate it.
