Carla was a phenomenal caretaker for our newborn daughter. I always trusted that she was being attentive and caring to our daughter, all while still being extremely encouraging and resourceful in terms of having a newborn to watch over… I would highly recommend Carla to anyone who is looking for, reliable, attentive and nurturing care for their child   

We had Carla as a baby nurse/night nanny for 0-4 months. Couldn’t say more nice things about her. She’s the easiest person to work with, which is a testament to her experience working with newborns and their parents. She loved our daughter like she was her own. She clearly knows what she’s doing taking care of a newborn and everything that comes with it. She helped us with building good habits for our baby in a loving and flexible way. Would hire her again in a heartbeat. 

Wonderful nanny! Treated us like family. Helped us with every stage as new parents and only left when we truly felt comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about how she treated my son and whole family. A true pleasure. 

Carla is amazing. We kept her hired for as long as possible. She weened our child off the pacifier, gave other sound advice for dealing with a newborn, and now the baby sleeps through the night! She helped with sleep training. She's reliable and trustworthy and super nice. We highly recommend her.

We were so fortunate to have Carla look after our newborn for a month at night, the peace of mind knowing we had such a lovely caring and experienced professional is priceless. She would also tidy up and wash my pump parts and bottles which was just a bonus! We wouldn't hear a sound from the baby all night which just goes to show Carla was always one step ahead with baby girl. So grateful and thankful to have had her. Highly recommend!

We were very lucky to have Carla as night nurse for our LO. She took very good care of him, I could sleep all night peacefully knowing that she is taking as good care of him as I would do (or actually more). She was always before time, very energetic even at 3am to play with our LO when he woke up. She gave us very good tips for LO's development (needed a lot as we are first time parents) and helped with household chores even when we didn't ask. My husband and I managed lots of date nights thanks to her. I would strongly recommend you to hire her whenever you got a chance, she is truly excellent at what she does!!

Carla is the absolute best! She was with us for almost 8 months because my son had bad reflux and other GI issues. She was so loving & caring towards him- always going above and beyond to try to make him feel comfortable. She was also very respectful of what I wanted, and discussed things with me.  She's very professional, always on time, doesn't call out sick unnecessarily, etc.  She has a ton of experience and knows what she's doing.  She is also always really happy (even at 3 am!).  I can't say enough good things about her.  She was a lifesaver, and I don't think I could have made it through the first few months without her.

She helped us during a great time of need and beyond. She is well equipped to handle newborns up to grown children. Always with a smile on her face, she has a genuine love of children. Her knowledge, techniques and trustworthiness are unparalleled. I have personally referred her to many other families. 

We had Carla as a baby night nurse.  She is amazing!  She was there the night we brought our baby home from the hospital and stayed with us until our baby was on a regular sleep schedule.  She is punctual, reliable, caring, conscientious, nurturing, positive, and extremely knowledgeable.  She made us feel at ease and also taught us so much about our little one.  We will miss her!

Carla was a night nurse for our son from when he was 3 weeks to 3 months old. She was absolutely wonderful with him! She is very kind, loving, and patient. Our son took to her immediately. Carla also gave great suggestions to help extend the amount of time he slept. We were very sad when our time was over and hope she will be available when we have our next little one. We highly recommend Carla!

Carla was an extremely valuable asset to our family. She handled our infant (boy/girl) twins and 3 year old (girl) for several years, and did it all with ease. She offered sound advice when solicited and we never had to worry when our children were in Carla's care. She is extremely neat and organized, a good decision maker, energetic and fun to be around. She was a pleasure to have in our home and the kids still ask for her to this day!

Carla was the baby sitter/nanny for our twins (boy, girl) from the time they were nine months old until they were two and started to attend preschool.  Carla was great with the kids and very dependable for us.  My wife and I both work so it was a great load off our mind being able to leave them with her.  She was very loving towards them and they loved her back.  We were sorry to see her go but understood her desire to work with another family when our kids started school and her hours were being adjusted.

When we are in Newark we always stop by the bakery she introduced us to for some Pao de Queijo.  We miss you Carla.

Carla is loving, warm, responsible, and loves babies and children. She worked for us for 4 years and became part of our family. I had twin boys and Carla was so helpful as a night nurse as well. 
She's special!!!

Carla is great! She took care of our newborn at night for a couple of months and continues to babysit for us.  She has a natural touch with infants and our daughter took to her right away.  Carla was instrumental in helping our daughter lengthen her sleep at night and ensuring we got some sleep as well.  Carla is also super easy to work with - always open to suggestions (and provides suggestions of her own if you'd like) and has a great attitude. I'd recommend Carla to anyone!
