We hired Alicia as a part-time caregiver for my mother. She initially seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. We were training her to assist us as I transitioned back into the workforce, and we were relying on her extra help during that time. Unfortunately, Alicia stopped showing up to her scheduled shifts and stopped responding to our attempts to reach her. It appeared she may have had a change of heart about the position. This is something to keep in mind if you are considering hiring her.
