Alicia cared for my mom for more than one year. She was highly responsible and detail oriented and cares deeply about her responsibilities as a caregiver and about her relationship with my mom and our family. She is loving and trustworthy and always brought a laugh and many smiles to her work, bringing my mother great comfort and joy. My mother has dementia and requires constant companionship and hands on support. Alicia worked both overnight and daytime shifts with us and was completely dependable in both scenarios.
