About Alicia

I have over seven years of experience caring for children with autism and behavioral disorders, including direct one-on-one support in both home and structured environments. My responsibilities have included assisting with daily routines, providing behavioral support, and accompanying children to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and extracurricular activities such as swimming lessons. I've worked with children ranging from 4 months to 11 years old, adapting my approach to meet each child's developmental and emotional needs. These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in care coordination, emotional regulation strategies, and trauma-informed communication. I take pride in creating safe, consistent, and supportive environments that promote positive behavioral outcomes and empower children to thrive. Supporting children and families has always been a deep passion of mine, and I'm committed to continuing this work in both clinical and community settings.
