About Alicia

Hi! My name is Alicia and I love helping others develop writing, reading, speaking, comprehension, and pronunciation skills. While I studied business in college, I always had a passion for learning and development. In college I led Spanish language conversation classes for all levels and was a tutor at an after-school tutoring program for kids in grade school. I am also a native English speaker, and I have 7+ years of experience studying and teaching the Spanish language. After graduating college, I spent the first part of the summer tutoring Spanish and English before starting my full time job in August 2018. During the pandemic, I moved home to pay off my student loans, and now I am looking to pick up some extra tutoring hours to save up for a new place.
