About Alicia

Empowering young learners to discover their full potential is the cornerstone of my eight years of experience as a Certified early elementary teacher. I believe every child thrives when they feel safe, supported, and valued. My approach focuses on building confidence and a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively observing how a student interacts with new material, I tailor my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, or real-world examples--to suit their unique needs. I break complex concepts into manageable steps, celebrating every small success to maintain momentum. Open communication with parents remains a priority to ensure we are always aligned on progress. Whether we are tackling math, reading, writing, phonics, etc., I am dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where your child can excel. I look forward to building a meaningful connection with your family and helping your student reach their goals.
