About Vanessa

Hi! I'm Vanessa, a licensed teacher with a master's degree and 7 years of experience teaching elementary school and middle school Multilingual Learners (MLL/ESL). I provide personalized tutoring in reading, writing, math, English language development, grammar, vocabulary, and homework support. I believe every student learns differently, so I tailor each session to meet their individual needs while building confidence and strong study skills. I'm patient, encouraging, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as they grow. Whether your child needs extra academic support, wants to improve their grades, or is learning English as a new language, I'm here to help them succeed. Outside of teaching, I'm a Disney fan, beach lover, and proud dog mom to two Cavapoos. I look forward to helping your child reach their goals!
