Our family loved Alicia. We used her off and on, at random times for about a year. She really cared for our little ones on a personal level. She would often check in to see how they were doing. She was also punctual and kept them actively engaged while she cared for them. We recently moved to another state, but we often joked that we would "pack Alicia up with us if we could" :)
