About Alicia

Since August 2012, I have been blessed to have the opportunity to care for three children in the Westchase area. They are ages 7, 5, and 5 months. My duties consisted of the children's laundry, meals, homework, school lunches, bathing, and transportation to and from school, as needed. I also took them to soccer practice, and extracurricular activities. I coordinated trips to the library, the zoo, family entertainment center, the park, and supervised swimming at home, etc. Sadly, due to an unexpected change in their mother's employment status, they were unable to keep me on full-time. As of the end of March 2014, I began working with another great family in Oldsmar. I care for their sweet 2-year-old daughter. This is a temporary position, through the end of May. This is allowing me the opportunity to find another great full-time family to work with, starting this summer or even possibly in the fall. I have years of experience with a wide range of age groups. I have also raised two wonderful young ladies of my own! I spent years involved with my girls' schools from the PTA, to room mom, chaperoning field trips, working in the school library, and chairing basket raffles, etc. I served as our neighborhood carpool driver and provided after school care for neighborhood children. I enjoy every age group but I have found that my greatest love is working with infants. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and I have countless hours of hands on experience.
