Special Education Instructional Assistant at Charles H Chipman Elementary - Salisbury, MD Wicomico County: March 2022 - May 2023 - Developed personalized care for students with disabilities based on one-on-one needs. - Worked with students in grade levels- Pre-K 3 & 4, Kindergarten, and 1st grade. Extra work- - Worked at a childcare center with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old and children with disabilities attended. My job was to create a fun, educational, and safe environment that was inclusive for every student. - In high school I volunteered at a special needs center where I worked with elementary aged students playing outside games/activities based on needs.
