Alia has provided child care for our family for eight years, provided house sitting services while we were overseas, and worked for me as a Summer Camp Counselor. (She is also by far the best family photographer that we have ever found!) As a child care provider Alia is engaged, caring, compassionate, creative, fun, consistent, reliable, and unflappable. She sets clear expectations and guidelines and potential consequences with the kids (pre-agreed upon with the parents) and sticks to them in a gentle, respectful, unmovable way. She is not phased by tantrums or vomit or anything a kid can come up with. She brings a genuine joy and enthusiasm to working with kids and the kids respond readily to her energy and enthusiasm. In all things Alia is scrupulously responsible. Her communication is excellent. She is incredibly responsible, and has the highest standards of integrity. Alia is an asset to any family or organization that is lucky enough to work with her.
