I have been a nanny for four years now. With my nanny positions I have meal prepped, organized the family's belongings (beyond just making it look tidy), unloaded/loaded/put away dishes, washed/dried/folded/put away laundry, made beds, tidied living rooms, tided/deeply organized play rooms, deep cleaned toys, and the obvious taking care of the children. As a mom, I grocery shop weekly and normally more often than that; ha! Between my mom duties and previous nanny positions, I know exactly what you need to have a perfect place to come home to!
