About Alexsis

I have 5 years of experience working with special needs children. I am very compassionate and get along with kids easily. This field of work is something I excel in. I've worked with kids with a whole spectrum of needs from meltdown management to changing diapers. I've worked in Home, school, and center as an Registered behavioral technician. In this field I've done great work implementing behavioral plans and collaborating with teachers and BCBA's to update plans according to the clients data and needs. I have had parents and teachers praise me for my skills. I worked for most of my experience with special needs kids in classroom setting as a one on one para educator and as classroom para aid for special needs kids from 2-18 years old.
