About Alexis

Hi! My name is Alexis, and I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children to grow and thrive. I'm a patient, empathetic, and approachable caregiver who truly enjoys building meaningful connections with kids and their families. I love staying active and creative-whether that's spending time outdoors hiking, playing sports, or doing hands-on crafts. I enjoy bringing that energy into my childcare, keeping kids engaged, curious, and having fun! I have experience working as a Recreation Leader with Chico CARD, where I developed strong skills in supervising and engaging children in group settings. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, ages three to 12 and older, and I also have experience supervising swimming activities with a strong focus on safety. I genuinely value the opportunity to support families and be a positive, encouraging presence in children's lives!
