About Alexis

I'd describe my personality as Fun, exciting, outgoing I like working with kids because it fulfills me. I have 6 younger siblings and I have always had the maternal instinct to care for children. I love to play and teach children. I'm looking for a job that can fulfill my needs as someone who enjoys caregiving. A flexible schedule and families that are supportive towards their child's development and growth. I started working with kids when I was 19 years old at the Florida Autism Center in Clearwater! But I have experience through my family starting at the age of 7! In my spare time, I like to read, go for walks, swim and watch true crime One thing you should know about me is I am certified in Mental Health first Aid and CPI. I am good with handling behaviors and understand the needs of various age groups. My skills include potty training, ABA skills including Discrete trial training and Naturalistic environment teachings. I can cook and clean as well.
