She interacts with my child in many different ways which is great for development. 

Alexis helps me with my 3 and 5 year old, as well as our big dogs. She is very sweet, reliable, hardworking and when she’s around I know my littles are in good hands. They love her. She’s also very helpful around the house, great cook and extremely gifted artist! My kids love drawing with her and when she paints their faces! She also teaches them piano. She’s a good one. She applied twice with our job post.  When first asked if she is available for a video chat interview, she never replied.  The 2nd time, we asked if she is interested and is really applying for the job, she said yes.  We set up a video interview in her most convenient time and never showed up.  The next thing we knew, she blocked us. No nothing.  

It won't take a minute or two of her time to have the courtesy to inform us that she is no longer interested.  Everyone's time is valuable and she wasted ours.  I would not depend our children's care to her.

Alexis is seriously incredible.  She is so so amazing!! My daughter loves her so much.  She's so helpful and positive and has such a loving spirit.   I recommend Alexis to anyone and you will be lucky to have her!!!!!!

Alexis was my one year old twins first nanny and she Went above and beyond. She was really good about letting me know what was happening with the babies ie. rashes, or then coming down with a cold. She is super super reliable and so helpful. My babies are obsessed with her and love her deeply, and that to me was the best testimony!

Alexis was wonderful to my daughter and me! She did a great job building a connection with Lala and never failed to show my husband and I that Lala was safe with her.
