This was our first time using care.com and Allie was such a special find. We have a 5 year old with autism and a 2 year old. Allie has a warm demeanor and our kids loved her immediately. She is experienced and confident working with kids who can have challenging behaviors. Our son has not had a meltdown with her so far but I'm able to leave with peace of mind that she would be able to work with him if he did. We will continue to use Allie and are so grateful for her.
