About Alexis

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion! My four years of experience caring for children aged 3 and up have been incredibly rewarding. I enjoy engaging kids with outdoor sports, board games, and even educational activities. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children. I have taken Early Child Development Coursework and I am certified in BLS (basic life support) Training. I am currently a part time Registered behavioral technician, due to this I am also MAB (managing assaultive behaviors) and Ukeru (trauma informed crisis management) certified. I'm happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I'm patient, creative, and friendly. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular updates via text. I look forward to bringing my calm energy and experience to your family!
