About Alexis

I am a mother and experienced child care provider with a love for helping children learn and blossom. I have a degree in Psychology with coursework in early childhood education, child psychology, and child development. I have 5 years of experience working with children both privately and in the education setting. That includes three years experience working with children with special needs. I worked as a 1:1 Aide and a Toddler Teacher. In addition, I have 6 years experience with the best job in the world, raising my own children. I provide a clean and structured environment. I am patient, creative, and playful. I will incorporate reading, speech, crafts, sensory play, music, and can teach age appropriate educational topics to prepare them for school and life. I will not keep them busy with screen time. Instead, with attentive and thoughtful play time and education. I have reliable transportation. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your family!
