We were first time parents and she was our first nanny. She worked for us for a year and our twin boys were safe and comfortable in her care. We have high standards and expectations as parents and expected more. Occasionally duties such as washing baby bottles and taking dirty diapers out to the trash can was not completed in a full 8 hour shift. Overall she was great and with clear expectations from the jump she would be amazing.
