About Alexis

Hello! I have a strong passion for working with seniors and helping others maintain their independence and quality of life. I currently work as a Recreation Therapist at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center on the Spinal Cord Injury Unit. My role involves helping individuals adapt to physical and cognitive challenges, maintain independence, and participate in meaningful activities that enhance their well-being. This experience has strengthened my patience, creativity, and ability to provide compassionate, individualized care. I can assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and support for individuals with memory needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified and committed to treating every individual with kindness, dignity, and respect. I would love the opportunity to care for your loved one!
