Hi, parents! I have 15 years of child care experience, 8 of which I've nannied. My nannying role of 3 1/2 years, in Mission, KS, ended this past fall & I'm seeking one full-time/two part-time W-2 nanny or family assistant positions w/ at least basic industry benefits. My duties as a childcare provider have entailed: • Providing attentive care for infants to school-aged child (including simultaneously). • Promoting positive behaviors through nurturing guidance, positive reinforcement, & consistent boundaries & rules. • Emphasizing outdoor play, creative learning, & daily routines tailored to each child's needs. • Safely transporting children to/from school, activities, & outings. • Communicating daily w/ parents through detailed reports on children's activities, meals, & milestones. • Demonstrating reliability, empathy, & patience in all caregiving responsibilities, building strong relationships w/ families. Also to note: I'm a psych major and have experience w/ neurodivergent kids.
