Hi, parents! I have over 15 years of childcare experience, including 8+ years of professional nannying experience under my belt. I recently finished my nannying position of 3 1/2 years caring after 3 children. My experience includes the following: • Providing attentive care for children ranging from infants to school-aged, including experience with toddlers & infants simultaneously. • Promoting positive behaviors through nurturing guidance, positive reinforcement, and consistent boundaries. • Maintaining a clean and organized environment by performing household duties related to childcare. • Emphasizing outdoor play, creative learning, and daily routines tailored to each child's needs. • Safely transporting children to/from school, activities, and outings. • Communicating daily with parents through detailed reports on children's activities, meals, and milestones. Ideally I am looking for a (w2) position w/ at least 30 guaranteed hrs, as well as other standard nannying benefits.
