Hi, parents! I have over 15 years of childcare experience, including 8 years of professional nannying experience. I recently finished my nannying position of 3 1/2 years, caring for 3 children in Mission, KS. I am currently seeking a full-time (W2) nannying position, and I am open to doing 2 part-time positions, with standard industry benefits, as well as seeking babysitting opportunities. My experience includes the following: • Providing attentive care for infants to school-aged child (including simultaneously). • Promoting positive behaviors through nurturing guidance, positive reinforcement, & consistent boundaries. • Maintaining a clean and organized environment by performing household duties related to childcare. • Emphasizing outdoor play, creative learning, & daily routines tailored to each child's needs. • Safely transporting children to/from school, activities, & outings. • Communicating daily w/ parents through detailed reports on children's activities, meals, & milestones.
